In Memory

George Poate

Susan Sandack found George's obituary looking for Mr. Bowman's and had this to say:

George Poate, another East High alum class of '70, passed away too soon.  I remember George as a quiet, shy, sweet fellow.  We went to Wasatch Elementary School and he was always so nice to everyone.  The picture for his obit showed him as a strong, stable looking westerner.  Sixty-seven really is too young.
