From what I could piece together from WhitePages.com, Pam was born October 26, 1951 and lived at 2416 Elizabeth St., Apt 1 in Salt Lake City from February, 1994 until her death on January 23, 2001. Her parents were Hal Francis Hawk who died in St. George  on Dec. 2, 2002 and Dorothy J. Hawk who died on January 16, 2001. Her father was a soldier in WW2 according to his obituary. I mention the dates because they are clustered. There is no indication of a married name for her in Ancestry.com. She had four siblings. Her brother, Thomas Chandler Hawk (born May 7, 1956 and died Dec. 22, 2002) has an obituary in the SL Tribune with a picture that looks just like Pam. It gives some insights, saying:

Thomas C. Hawk 05/07/56 - 12/22/02  Thomas Chandler Hawk, "Our loving father, brother, uncle and friend has found peace in Heaven with his parents and oldest sister." He was born May 7, 1956 in Salt Lake City to Hal F. and Dorothy J. Hawk, the only son of five children. He was an officer of Claude Hawk, Corp. and president of Arlington Realty and Appraisal.  Tom enjoyed life to the fullest every day and was happiest when he was on a motor boat or snowmobile. Tom showed his affection for those closest to him with, "Pranks and Teasing."  He is survived by his son and daughter, Josh (Ellie) and Erika. Also three sisters; Katie Tobari (Roger), Liz Provini (Chuck) and Cindy Rossine (Len). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Mon. 11:00 a.m. at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, 1375 E. Spring Lane. A Vigil will be held Sun. 5:30 p.m. at the Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary, 372 Ea. 100 So., where friends may visit Sun., 4:30-5:30 p.m. Committal service, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 4th. Ave. and 'T' St.
Published in Salt Lake Tribune from Dec. 28 to Dec. 29, 2002
