Dixie E. Mabon 1921 ~ 2009 Dixie E. Mabon, 87, passed away on March 27, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on October 26, 1921 in Provo, Utah to Milton Harris and Lenore Jackson Harris. She married William B. Mabon on February 6, 1948. Dixie served in the Navy during World War II. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and making a variety of goods. She was also an active member of the LDS Church. She was preceded in death by her husband William who died on April 22, 2008, her son, Patrick Kelly and daughter Patricia. She is survived by her son Michael W. Mabon. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Camp Williams Veterans Cemetery, 17111 S. Camp Williams Road Bluffdale, Utah.
